White Shield

The White Shield Dance District is the largest in the Pony Express Council encompassing the entire 19-county Kansas City metro area. As such, every year we have a surplus of opportunities to promote the Scouting program at Cub Scout Pack meetings, Blue & Gold Banquets, and Courts of Honor. We are also a very active dance team with an average attendance of about 20 Tribesmen at each of our events. Our monthly dance practices follow the school calendar and are held from August until May of the following year. Dance practices are conducted on the second Thursday evening of each month, beginning at 6:30 pm until 9:00 pm at Camp Theodore Naish Reservation at 1100 Martinek Lane in Kansas City, Kansas.
