The Robidoux Dance District includes St. Joseph, Savannah and the surrounding areas. The Robidoux District is the largest in the Pony Express Council, containing Scouts from more than twenty individual troops. Dance practices are held at Camp Geiger beginning on the first Wednesday in September and continuing on the first, third and fifth (if available) Wednesdays through May. Practices begin at 7:00 PM and close at 8:30 PM. Robidoux District dancers bring the spirit of Scouting and Mic-O-Say to Cub Scouts, small town festivals, the elderly and many more. All Robidoux Tribesmen are encouraged to monitor our “Dance Team Schedule” page for the latest information.
Dance for Robidoux Dance Team
Arrive at 7:00 PM.
Due to complications caused by the coronavirus, Robidoux Dance Team has been unable to schedule normal dances this fall. In an attempt to provide dance opportunities for our dancers, on December 9th, we will perform a set of dances that we have been practicing over the past two months. Camp is not open to the public so there will be NO audience at this dance other than parents of the dancers. Also, no private dressing area is available. Dancers are directed arrive dressed in their shorts and dance shirt. No “undressing” will be allowed. All Robidoux dancers are encouraged to attend in order to receive credit for public dance.
