Derr Equipment is a 4th generation farm equipment dealership located just outside of Savannah Missouri. They provide Sales Parts & Service of many lines of Ag and Lawn Equipment like CaseIH, Kubota, MTD, Cub Cadet, Brandt, Servis/Rhino, Woods, LandPride, & various others. Established in 1947 by Edward Derr, the company was sold to George & Dixie Derr in 1991. Derr Equipment was most recently sold to Brad and Deena Derr in December of 2012. Brad and Deena currently have 36 employees in a thriving Ag economy business and are joined in the business by their two sons, Garrett and Cutler. Garrett, age 22, is an Eagle Scout, their Precision Farming Specialist & a senior in Agriculture Business at NWMSU in Maryville. Cutler, age 17, also is an Eagle Scout and a high school senior at South Holt R1 in Oregon Missouri where the family resides.

Brad's Scouting career began in the early 70’s. Then, although absent from Scouting for several years, he and his family business supported the Pony Express Council as well as their local troop, Troop 81, in Oregon, MO. Brad rejoined the Scouting program in 1996 as an adult leader with the Cub Scout Pack 81 & Boy Scout Troop 81. Brad serves the Tribe of Mic-O-Say as a Sachem on the Tribal Council, member of the White Coup Society, and most recently was honored as a Silver Beaver Recipient in 2013.

Mike Parnell, CEO & Founder of ITI, started the company with his wife Darlene Parnell in 1986.  The Parnell’s have grown the company from two people and a couple of courses to over a dozen full-time instructors, 15 business professionals, training centers in Washington State and Tennessee, and companies in the USA, Canada, with plans for Brazil and Singapore.

Eagle Scout Mike Parnell, CEO of ITI is a longtime Scouter who’s Pony Express Council roots began with Troop 25. Mike served for 10 years on the Geiger staff, the last 2 as Camp Director. Over his 42 years in the Tribe of Mic-O-Say he has enjoyed serving at every rank and paint station from Brave to Chieftain. He was honored with the Silver Beaver Award in 2010 having served in the Cascade Pacific Council and the Silver Star/Ft. Vancouver Districts as District Chair, Camporee Chair, Eagle Board Chair and other positions. Mike still regularly attends Mic-O-Say events on a year round basis.
